Statutory Bonus Calculator (India)
Employees earning up to ₹21,000 a month (basic + DA) get a statutory bonus of 8.33% to 20% of salary, calculated on the lower of actual salary and ₹7,000 or the minimum wage, whichever is higher.
The minimum bonus on the ₹7,000 ceiling is ₹6,997 a year.
